Jennifer equips audiences to understand how systems, leadership, and lived experience intersect -- and what it takes to build trust in institutions and communities. Her talks challenge conventional narratives, humanize complex policy issues, and leave audiences with clarity, not platitudes. She is available for in-person keynotes and facilitated discussions across Ontario and beyond. Virtual keynotes and panels are designed to be engaging, conversational, and accessible for distributed teams and global audiences. Jennifer is drawing on 16 years in financial institutions and experience working alongside government, nonprofits, and community organizations. She is informed by real-world systems, not theory, and grounded in both data and lived experience. More than a public speaker, Jennifer is also an author, a stand-up comedian performing at Yuk-Yuks and other GTA clubs, and a former model shortlisted by Netflix for on-camera work. She is one of several victims in a serious ongoing criminal investigation by Toronto Police and in 2023, successfully sued the pedophile that harmed her in civil court, shortly after he was convicted by the Surete du Quebec. This range informs a speaking style that is incisive, human and engaging -- blending clarity, humor, and emotional intelligence without sacrificing substance. Her speaking is thoughtful without being heavy, honest without being performative, and engaging without ever being superficial. Her talks resonate long after the room goes quiet.
